Greg Eskritt

Greg Eskritt, Realtor, brings vast knowledge and skills to the real estate market with years of customer service experience and real estate education. Prior to earning his Realtor license, Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from California State University – San Bernardino. Inspired by his grandparent’s real estate business in Wisconsin, Greg relocated to Asheville, NC in 2013 to begin his career in real estate.

After a couple years of sales as an individual agent, Greg partnered with his grandmother, Mary Jo Eskritt, to start the Eskritt Group in 2015. Together, they focused their business practices on creating the best possible experience for their clients, from first-time home buyers to real estate veterans. That effort paid off, as the Eskritt Group has been named a Top Ten Team in Asheville for several years running,

In addition, Greg works with investors at every level to make profitable additions to their portfolio. To further that service, Greg began Eskritt Property Management in 2019 to help clients enjoy passive income without the headache. No matter the client, Greg has a passion for sharing how real estate can support their overall financial health and long-term goals.
