Homes in

Bent Creek

Bent Creek was a small community established in the early 1800's, lying alongside the western edge of the French Broad River. This area is full of luscious old forest and abundant wildlife, and even for a short time used as a game preserve for the Biltmore Estate. Nowadays, Bent Creek is a predominantly residential community that offers close-to-town living without the hassle of crowded roadways and neighborhoods. Most homes here will have larger lots and a more private setting in comparison to it's West Asheville counterparts, yet it lies just off of I-26 and Brevard Road, two main thoroughfares that give you quick access to shopping, entertainment, and more.

Homes in Bent Creek were predominantly built in the 1960's and 1970's, and feature rancher layouts with mid-century curb appeal. However you will find newer communities dotted along Brevard Road as well, such as the popular Ashley Woods. Given the proximity to Asheville, this area is becoming a popular place for buyers to purchase and update homes to their taste.

Local amenities to Bent Creek include Biltmore Park, a hub of fun eateries, shops and even the Biltmore Park Regal Cinema. Just north of the area, Brevard Road has a commercial district that contains several big box retailers, the expansive Asheville Outlets, and unique local restaurants like Apollo Flame. Also a short drive away is Airport Road, which hosts more shopping and the Asheville Regional Airport. Mission Hospital is just a 15 minute drive away, for all your medical needs.
