Homes in

Beverly Hills

On the eastern end of Asheville lies Beverly Hills, a community of homes lying in hilly acres near the Asheville Municipal Golf Course, and just a short drive from Downtown Asheville. Unlike the California counterpart, Beverly Hills is strictly a residential neighborhood. A large majority of the homes here were built in the 1950's to the 1960's, and tend to have a mid-century modern curb appeal and main level living, with exceptions. The residents of this neighborhood benefit from a home owners association, however dues are voluntary and are used primarily to maintain community common areas and host events like picnics and golf tournaments.

Bordered on one side by Swannanoa River Road and on the north side by Tunnel Road, Beverly Hills has quick access to many parts of town. Swannanoa River Road houses the shopping districts off of Fairview Road and Bleachery Boulevard, and even extends to the fun and funky Biltmore Village Area. Tunnel Road runs from Downtown Asheville, past the Asheville Mall and other larger chain stores, and continues all the way to the cities of Swannanoa and Black Mountain on the eastern end.
