Expect that most homes in this neighborhood would have upscale finishes, larger outdoor spaces for entertaining, and impeccable landscaping. Residents in this community can elect to become part of the Biltmore Forest County Club, which offers an expansive golf course and other recreational opportunities for a yearly fee. 

Lying in the South Asheville area, Biltmore Forest is conveniently located right off Hendersonville Road. This road connects Downtown Asheville to near Hendersonville, and hosts a large variety of shops, restaurants, businesses, gyms, and more. In Biltmore Forest, you are even close to major amenities like Mission Hospital (10 minute drive), the Asheville Regional Airport (20 minute drive), and the Biltmore Park recreational district (less than 10 minute drive).  Off of Hendersonville Road, you can access 1-40 near where the highway intersects with I-240 and I-26, making mobility a main feature of this community.
