Royal Pines

Just south of Asheville lies the town of Arden, almost halfway between the downtown Asheville district and the populous city of Hendersonville. Arden hosts one of the most established communities in the area, Royal Pines. Royal Pines is a neighborhood with gentle, sloping hills and full of mature trees,  The original homes in this community were built in the 1940's, yet building continued through the decades to modern day. You can expect to find a wide variety of home styles, layouts, and home prices, however a majority of the homes here have the are one level or have the living space on the main level. The neighborhood is bordered by Hendersonville Road on the western side and Mills Gap Road to the east.

Convenience is a tenant of the Royal Pines Community. Sweeten Creek Road becomes Airport Road just south of the neighborhood, which hosts the Asheville Regional Airport and a plethora of shopping and dining opportunities. This same road is a less traveled road that connects Biltmore Village to Hendersonville, giving you the option not to travel on major highways. Hendersonville Road, the western border, gives you access to Downtown Asheville, Mission Hospital, and the Town of Fletcher, in addition to more shopping and dining opportunities along the way. Lying just a short distance to I-40 and I-26, cross-town commutes should be relatively simple.
